I absolutely love this product! I got this for my pittie and she loves it. She is on a diet and this allows her to be fed at the same time every day and she is given the correct portion each day! I have used this for about a week now and it’s hardly gone through the portion that it holds. I believe this could last her about three weeks. She eats about 2 cups a day! It’s nice knowing if I’m not home for some reason I don’t have to worry about my pup not getting fed! I highly recommend this product!

I have been using this for a couple months now and haev never had an issue. It is pretty much set up and done. The only thing I do not love is that it does not tell you when it is empty. That would be helpful. Otherwise it works great and keeps my puppies from waking me up by screaming in my face for food!

My only issue i have is the app it uses tells you little to nothing about the pet usage. Strictly basic features to feed your pet and how much. Would be nice if it warned you food storage is low like other smart pet products. Otherwise its worth it imo.

Portion sizes will never be exactly correct or the same every feeding. The app is a little confusing but after a little bit of playing around its not hard to finish the set up. I still haven’t figured out how to get the voice feature to work.

This feeder was a little challenging to setup on the app as the directions were a little unclear, but we got everything set up right it seems. It only works on WiFi when plugged into an outlet. The batteries are only as a backup, so it won’t connect to WiFi using only batteries.
